Order Changes/Cancellations

Custom Prints and Stock Design Prints: After placement of order, changes or cancellations can NOT be made. Production will have started and the prints cannot be changed or canceled.

Stock Color Prints: Changes or cancellations can be made up to 1pm EST on the day of your order dispatching from our facility. After 1 pm EST, your order will have been boxed and scheduled for shipment.

Hardware only orders: Changes or cancellations can be made up to 1pm EST on the day of your order dispatching from our facility. After 1 pm EST, your order will have been boxed and scheduled for shipment.

Prints and Hardware orders: If your order consists of prints and hardware, you can change or cancel your hardware up to 1 pm EST on the day of your order dispatching from our facility. If your prints are custom artwork or stock designs, your prints cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed.

Return Policy

Custom printed fabrics will not be eligible for returns.

Hardware: Hardware orders can be returned up to 10 days after receiving, and Vispronet must be contacted within that time frame to schedule the return pickup. Customer may be entitled to a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges to have the items returned back to Vispronet.
