Production Time

Custom Prints

• Production Time starts once your order has been placed and you have approved the graphic proof
• Production Time is 3-5 business days upon approval of graphic proof
• If your order includes hardware, the print(s) and hardware will be shipped out together
• If you want your hardware to ship out before your prints are completed, your hardware and print(s) must be ordered separately

Stock Designs and Stock Colors

• Production Time starts once your order has been placed
• You won't receive a graphic proof for Stock Colors or Stock Designs
• If your order includes hardware, the print(s) and hardware will be shipped out together
• If you want your hardware to ship out before your prints are completed, your hardware and print(s) must be ordered separately

Hardware Only

• If your order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, it will ship out the same day (business days only)

Rush Orders

• A Production Time of less than 5 business days is considered a rush order
• Rush orders can be accommodated upon request and depend on current workload
• Additional charges may apply

Special Orders

• Special orders include large quantities, special finishing, and distribution fulfillment
• By arrangement, we will work with you to establish a custom timeline

Note: You will receive a free PDF proof of your graphic within 24 hours of submitting. Please keep in mind if changes are necessary that it might prolong the Production Time. Contact Us with any questions or concerns that you may have.
