Production time starts:

Custom Graphics: Once order has been placed and graphics proof has been approved by you
Hardware Only/Stock Designs: Once order has been placed

Production time is based on a number of factors:

  • Size of your order (less pieces will take less time to produce)
  • Graphics preparation – If graphics need adjusted, this will delay the start of production. ***See Disclaimer below***
  • Number of jobs currently being run in-house production floor
  • Finishing time, if special finishing is required
  • Rush jobs are available for an additional fee depending on current workload.

Smaller size orders production info:

  • Print and Hardware orders: Orders will be shipped out together unless otherwise specified.
    • ie: You want your hardware to ship out before your flags/banners are completed.
  • Print only orders:
    • Custom Graphics: 3-5 business days upon approval of artwork and order documents.
    • Stock Design: 3-5 business days once orders are placed.
  • Hardware only orders: If order is placed before 1pm EST, it will ship same day (Business Days Only).

Special orders production info:

  • Special orders include large quantities, using a non-recommended fabric, special finishing, or distribution fulfillment.
  • By arrangement. Please Contact Us to establish a custom time-line on any larger orders. Rush jobs are available for a fee.

Disclaimer: You will receive a free proof of your graphics within 24 hours of submitting. If changes need to be made to the graphics, this process may take up to 1-2 business days depending on how long it takes to get them finalized and approved by you. Please calculate the possibility of changes needing to be made in your time-line of when you need the products in-hand.
