Our all over print and logo print options require our customers submitting custom designs to be printed on the canopy. We offer three design options to accommodate different preferences:

Design Online: Create your 20 by 20 tent print using our design tool on the site. Our design suite allows you to upload logo files and photos to the template. Customize the canopy even further by adding text boxes, clipart, background colors, and more.

Upload Artwork Template: For those who prefer working in a specific software program, we have downloadable links of all our templates. Download the 20x20 tent template onto your computer and upload it back onto our site when you are done.

Choose Between a Custom and Stock 20x20 Canopy

Our 20x20 tents come in all over, logo printing, and stock options. The all over and logo design are printed with your custom artwork for commercial branding or party decorations. All over printing means that the entire 20 by 20 canopy and valances will include your design while logo printing means that specified areas of the canopy will have your logo artwork while the rest of the pop up canopy will be printed in a background color. Our all over and logo print 20x20 canopies are made from 300D or 600D polyester. Both fabrics are scratch-proof, water-resistant, and flame-retardant, but the 600D is the more heavy-duty of the two. The 300D is perfect for indoor and light outdoor use while the 600D option is ideal for long-term outdoor display. The stock white canopies are also made from the 300D option.

Add Walls to Your 20x20 Tent

Add walls to any of our 20x20 tents for further customization. The walls come in both custom and stock print options. Choose from 1-4 walls for your tent and include different shaped windows, doors, full walls, and half walls. Our custom printed options are made from the same material as our canopies while the stock print version is made from solid color polyester, which is water-resistant with a polyurethane coating. The stock walls are available in several solid colors while the custom walls have single and double-sided layouts so you can get the perfect look for your tent.

Heavy Duty, Commercial-Grade 20x20 Canopy Tent Frames

Our 20x20 tents are created by securing two 10x20 frames next to each other. We use our premium quality Deluxe frames for creating the 20 by 20 tent. Our Deluxe frames are made from outdoor-tested aluminum. The frames have telescopic legs for adjusting the tent to the right height. The top peaks of each tent frame are also adjustable with the middle cranks. Get your tent from 9.8ft to 10.8ft tall. The frames are easily setup in minutes due to the expanding frames that collapse down to a compact size for storage. The 20x20 frame tents come with connector kits and peak pole connectors for attaching the two tent frames to each other. For keeping your large 20x20 party tent stable, add weights or stakes to your order. The weights help secure your tent on hard ground, like pavement or asphalt, while the stakes are accessible with soft ground, such as grass or sand. The aluminum frames and sturdy accessories are long-lasting for repeated setups.

What is the turnaround time?

Our custom products have a turnaround of 3 business days. If you need them faster than our standard time, we have rush production and shipping times available. Our stock color canopies do not require production time, so those will be ready to ship once you order them.

Where are these tents used?

These 20x20 canopy tents can be setup in a variety of settings. Many businesses customize these tents for trade shows or festivals so people will see and become familiar with their branding or message. Will the weather ruin these tents?

No, these tents are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. This is because we use waterproof canopy materials and durable frames. Our 20 x 20 canopies are offered in 300D or 600D polyester fabrics, which are water-resistant, scratch-proof, and flame-retardant, but we recommend the premium 600D option for more extended or repeated outdoor use. Our Deluxe frame models are made from heavy-duty aluminum, which prevents the construction from rusting in the elements. Because of these outdoor-tested materials, your tent should be able to withstand all kinds of weather conditions.

Can I just buy the frame or the 20x20 canopy?

Yes, we have the option for purchasing a replacement tent frame or canopy. If you want just the prints or the hardware, select the “Canopy Only” option in the configurator for the print, or go to our 10x20 tent frame product page to order 2 of frames. The option for replacing the frame or pop up canopy prevents you from having to buy an entirely new set every time you need something replaced. Keep in mind that our canopies are made to fit our hardware and vice versa. If you have hardware or a canopy from another company, it might not fit the replacement.

Can a tent be setup by one person?

For the 20x20 tents, we recommend they be setup by at least two people. Our smaller tent sizes can be easily assembled by one person, but our 20 x 20 tents are so large that more people are required for proper setup. This is because the large frame needs to be extended out to its full size and more than one person is needed to do that. Having more than one person to install your tent will also only take a few minutes.

How many people can stand underneath these tents?

The 20x20 tent canopy is our largest size, so it was designed to fit large parties underneath. If you are not using furniture under the tent, up to 50 people can fit inside. If, however, you are decorating your party tent with tables and chairs, around 25 people can fit depending on how much space you have left.

What accessories can be added to these canopy tents?

Our 20x20 pop up tents come with a variety of add-ons and accessories. Our tent product page allows you to configure many add-ons to properly setup or store your tent. Add on a carrying case for transporting and storing your frame and canopy, weights for stabilizing your tent on flat ground, or stakes for securing your tent to soft ground, such as grass. There’s also the option for adding up to four walls to your tent, which are also customizable and include windows or doors if needed.
