Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Design your cheer signs using one of the three methods listed below. Each artwork submission is checked by our pre-press team for any errors or issues. We will send you a final design proof for your approval before we begin printing.
Design Online: Create your artwork online, in real time using our online design tool. This tool allows you to upload artwork and images directly from your computer and makes it easy to adjust sizing, choose fonts, add clip-art, shapes, and more.
Upload Artwork: To design using this method you must download the provided artwork template, add your artwork using your own design software, and reupload the completed template to our website, before or after checking out. You can find the artwork template by clicking the “Proceed to Artwork” button listed above.
Free Design Service: Do you need some help designing your signs? Our design team can help fix your current artwork or can create a new design from scratch, free of charge. Just send our pre-press team your current design or some artwork inspiration and we will work with you until the design is competed.

Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days plus shipping time. We offer rush production for an extra fee.
