When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

20x20 Custom Canopy Tent with Walls Details
Give yourself plenty of space for spreading brand awareness with a 20x20 tent. These large canopy tents include two conjoined high-quality, long-lasting 10x10 aluminum deluxe frames. The frames are collapsible, allowing them to expand to its full size and fold back down to a compact dimension that’s perfect for storage and travel. The tent frame’s height can also be adjusted by pushing down on the levers located on the tent legs. The 20x20 canopy easily attaches to the tent frame with hook and loop adhesive for simple setup without the need for tools. The entire 20x20 custom canopy is customizable. Your design will be printed onto the outdoor-tested polyester material via dye sublimation, which infuses the ink into the fabric for a long print life. Our custom canopies are water, fire, scratch, and fade-resistant. These 20x20 pop up tents have plenty of optional accessories, such as walls customizable walls, weights for stabilizing the frame, and carrying bags for travel and storage. How do I design my 20x20 tent?
Designing your custom tent is very easy. Choose from our three design methods. Either use our online design suite to customize your tent canopy, download the template onto your computer to use a design program, or have one of our professional designers personalize the canopy for free. All our design options come with a free artwork proof we will send you before we print your graphics.
How much does a printed 20x20 canopy tent cost?
Our custom 20x20 canopy tent starts at slightly over $3,000. This price will increase if you use the more durable material and add on walls, a rolling bag, weights, or stakes to your order. If you are just purchasing a canopy, the starting price is slightly over $2,000. This will also increase if you upgrade the polyester material and add on custom walls.
What materials is a customizable 20x20 tent made from?
Our tents are made from durable materials, so they last a long time for extended and repeated use. The canopy is made from either 300D or 600D polyester, which is water-resistant, flame-retardant, and scratchproof. The 600D option is the more premium of the two if you need a heavy-duty tent canopy. Our Deluxe tent frame is made from a strong, but still lightweight aluminum construction. This material prevents the hardware from rusting when exposed to outdoor weather.
What are these tents used for?
Our custom 20x20 tents are used by businesses to promote their logo and spread brand awareness. Companies personalize these tent canopies with their logo, slogan, or other message for setup at trade shows, business conferences, sporting events, and other occasions where their business can be advertised. These tents are large enough for people all around the event to see and draws attention to the business’s exhibit booth. While these tents are mostly used for marketing purposes, they can also be customized for personal events, such as weddings.
Can I order the frame or the canopy separately?
Yes, we have the option of ordering just the prints or hardware for replacements. If you only need the frame, go to our 10x20 tent frame product to order two of the hardware. If you need a new custom canopy, select “Canopy Only” in the configurator and configure and personalize your product from there. This allows you to easily replace the frame or the canopy rather than buying an entirely new tent set.
How do I setup this tent?
Setting up these tents is very easy, despite their size, and requires no tools. The frames come in a compact size and are pulled out until they extend to their full size. The legs are telescopic so they can be adjusted to their full height with the push levers. The canopy connects to the frame using hook-and-loop connectors finished on the fabric. Our 20x20 tents also require connecting two 10x20 together. We have connector sets and pole peak connectors for attaching the two frames using screw knobs. Can I use this tent outdoors?
Yes, our canopy and frames are designed for outdoor use. Our 300D and 600D polyester fabric is water-resistant and scratch-proof for the elements, but our 600D option is the more durable of the two and holds up better in different weather conditions. Our aluminum tent frame resists rusting so that the weather won’t ruin the construction, even after multiple or extended use.
