We offer both fabric and SEG pop up styles to accommodate all preferences. The fabric option has your graphics printed on polyester material, which attaches to the frame with hook-and-loop fasteners. The SEG pop up options have a polyester print wrap around the hardware for a seamless design. Both fabric and SEG displays have straight and curved shapes and backlit selections. Our backlit displays have lights that connect to the frame to illuminate your graphics, so they grab the attention of all passersby. We offer three ways to design your pop up displays. All design submissions are manually checked by our pre-press team for any errors. We will email you a free digital proof of your design for your approval before we start printing your order.
Design Online: Design your pop up booths using our online design suite. The design tool makes it easy to upload artwork and logo files directly from your computer and includes helpful art assets like clip art, different fonts, background designs, and more!
Upload Artwork: This option is for those with design software. Download the artwork template from a product page, add your artwork using design software, and upload the finished file back onto our site when you are finished.
Free Design Services: If you need help deciding what to include in your print or need help with the design process, one of our graphic designers will create your artwork - free of charge. You will receive a free design proof to review and approve before we begin printing.

How fast will I get my pop up display booths?
Our standard production time is 3 business days, but we have rush production and expedited shipping available if you need your pop up faster. See what options are available for you during checkout or using our “Estimate Delivery” tool at the top of product pages.
How are these displays set up?
These pop up displays are assembled in a few minutes without tools. The frame extends to its full size and locks into place. If you have a fabric banner, hook-and-loop fasteners attach the print to the hardware. For SEG graphics, the banner slides into place for a seamless look. View the “Videos” tab on our product pages for a step-by-step guide on how to properly install these booths.
Are these easy to transport from one event to another?
Yes, all our pop ups are lightweight and collapsible so they can be easily stored and moved. A carry bag is included with all orders to store the print and collapsed hardware. Depending on the size you get, our hardware can weigh as light as 5.7lbs to 46lbs.
What kind of material are these pop up display booths made from?
All the banners are made from polyester materials. Choose from several options to decide which fabric works best for you.
- Display Polyester: This is a traditional material for pop ups because it is wrinkle-resistant, flame-retardant, and has a slight stretch that makes it easy to cover the hardware. A glossy finish is added, making it perfect for indoor settings.
- Premium Opaque Polyester: This option is the higher-quality version of our Display Polyester. The knitted polyester is 100% opaque and has a black backing for vibrant graphics. This fabric is also wrinkle-resistant and flame-retardant.
- 300D Polyester: Our custom canopy tents are made from this heavy-duty polyester material. This is the default material for all backlit displays. It has a canvas-like texture that’s scratch and tear-resistant and has a lightfastness for backlighting.
What is the difference between pop up booths and tension fabric displays?
Aside from pop ups, we also offer tension fabric displays. While these types of displays may look similar, they have several key differences. One is the frames. Pop ups have lightweight, expandable aluminum frames while tension fabric displays have more traditional hardware made from pole sets. Assembly for tension fabric displays usually involves connecting pole sets rather than just expanding and collapsing a frame. Our pop up trade show displays are also available with backlighting options and a wider range of sizes while the tension fabric displays come in more diverse shapes.
Can old graphics be replaced with new ones?
Yes, one of the great things about pop up displays is that the artwork can easily be removed and exchanged for new ones. If you are ordering new prints, select the “Prints Only” option for “Order Type” in the configurator.
Can these pop up booths be displayed outdoors?
Yes, the aluminum hardware and premium polyester material options can be used outdoors without the fabric getting ruined. If you plan on using these prints at multiple outdoor events, however, it’s important to take good care of your fabric for a long banner life. The graphics are machine washable so they can stay in pristine condition after several uses.
