How to Order
To order from Vispronet, simply register an account or login and then visit the product page of the item you want to order, click the green Get Started button and select one of the following (note all options may not appear depending on product):
Design Online with Visprodesign®
The Visprodesign® tool allows you to easily create a design using our clip art library or your own photos. Once you’ve configured your product the way you want, click "Design Online" to begin designing your product. You can order both prints and hardware or just prints. You will see a proof before checking out, which will need to be approved before your order can be placed and your project printed. Items that are able to be designed with Visprodesign® will feature the Visprodesign® tag.
Upload My Design
This option allows you to download a template to place your design on using professional design software. You can upload your design once your order has been configured and placed. You can order both prints and hardware or just prints. The configuration summary will contain a link to the current graphic template for the product you are interested in. Please take the time to download this file if you wish to upload your artwork. After paying for your order, design and upload your graphic using the appropriate template for each product ordered. If you have requested a proof, it will be e-mailed to you for approval before the project goes to print. Orders without a requested proof or standard graphic check are automatically sent to production if they pass the standard graphic check.
Order Hardware Only
Select this if you’re only looking to order hardware. Place your order before 1 p.m. EST for same-day shipping.
Configuring Your Order
- Quantity
If you are uploading your artwork and ordering more than one of a particular printed product, you will be asked to let us know the number of designs you will be using as well as how many prints you want of each design.
For example, you may choose to purchase 4 Bowflag® banners, opting for 3 prints of one design, 1 print of a second design. In this example, you would simply choose:
- Quantity: 4
- Number of Designs: 2
- Quantity Design 1: 3
- Quantity Design 2: 1
If you are using Visprodesign® to create your artwork, each design will have to be submitted individually. You will still be able to order multiple quantities of the same design.
- Accessories
From there, you can move to the next tabs available for your product which may include options like bases, accessories, services and shipping. Each option you add to your product or change will update the configuration summary on the right side of the page.

If you are uncertain about your graphic, we highly suggest making use of these features. This option is only available if you select Upload My Artwork. - Adding to Cart

Click on the design program you are using.
- Go to Select > Select All. It doesn't matter if other graphic elements are selected.
- Select Type > Create Outlines from the menu. The text characters now have editable paths, or outlines, around them. They are no longer text, but vector graphics, and can be edited as such.
- Note: It's good practice to keep an editable copy of your document as an AI file before you convert text to outlines and save the file as a PDF. This way, you can come back and later edit it non-destructively, instead of having to recreate the artwork with text again.
- It is not necessary to convert fonts to outlines with Photoshop image files.
- Go to Edit> Select All. It doesn't matter if other graphic elements are selected.
- Select Type > Create Outlines from the menu. The text characters now have editable paths, or outlines, around them. They are no longer text, but vector graphics, and can be edited as such.

- In your Illustrator (.ai) file, select File > Place.
- In the pop-up window, select the image you'd like to place.
- To embed the image, make sure the LINK checkbox is not selected.
- Select Place and your image will be embbedded in your document.
- In existing files with linked images, open the Links panel. A gray icon indicates the file is embedded, no icon indicates the file is linked and a red X icon indicated the linked artwork is missing.
- To embed a linked image, select the file that is linked in the Links panel. Click on Go To Link button at the bottom of the Links panel.
- In the bar at the top of the screen, select Embed.
- In your Photoshop (.psd) file, select the layer you wish to embed.

Warnings
These are errors that should be addressed before your project goes to production.
- Resolution Check
Warning Message: Provided artwork, or elements in the artwork, fall below our minimum suggested resolution for digital chemical dye printing, but can still be printed. Prints may appear blurry or pixelated so for higher print-quality please upload artwork with at least 360 dpi. If your original image falls below the required 360 dpi, changing it to 360 dpi in Photoshop® will not improve the print quality. Complaints based on this warning will not be accepted.
Warning Message: The resolution of your artwork is in question. Please review what your artwork will look like in full size.
Warning Message: Provided artwork, or elements in the artwork, fall below our minimum suggested resolution for UV printing, but can still be printed. Prints may appear blurry or pixelated so for higher print-quality please upload artwork with at least 800 dpi. If your original image falls below the required 800 dpi, changing it to 800 dpi in Photoshop® will not improve the print quality. Complaints based on this warning will not be accepted.
Click on the design program you are using.
- Right click on the template PDF file and select "Open with ..." and select your version of Adobe Photoshop.
- In the dialog window, select Page 2 and change the resolution to match substrate. Change mode to CMYK. Leave all other settings as is. The templates are set up 1:10 scale (1 inch = 10 inches).
- After opening the template, you will have an artboard similar to this:
- Create a new layer below the template, and design your artwork in this layer. Do not edit the canvas size or make any changes to the image size.
- After artwork is complete, delete template lines and save file as a PSD or TIFF file for best quality.
- Flatten layers will reduce file size, but it is not necessary. You must delete the template layer if flattening.
- Please note: Placing low-resolution artwork (i.e. web graphics into your file will not increase the quality of the image, only the resolution.
- Please note: All image files must be created at the required resolution. Simply changing the resolution to meet our requirements will pass the resolution check, but will not increase the quality of the artwork.
- If using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, the resolution of placed images may cause warnings if they are below our requirements. Please refer to previous steps to create images with proper resolution.
- In Illustrator only:
- Please ensure your Document Raster Effects Settings are set at the required resolution.
- Select effect > Document Raster Effects Settings.
- Change Mode to CMYK. Under Resolution, select Other and fill in resolution to match substrate. Select Transparent background. Leave all other settings as is.
- This will allow all effects (drop shadows, glows, etc) to be the required resolution and not cause a warning. This will not change the resolution of placed images that are below the requirements. If saving file as a PDF please use our PDF Job Options to override the default 300ppi. The Adobe Distiller file is available our our website to download and install.

- The gray guideline shows the area of the product where design elements can be safely placed. Design elements outside the image safety line are at risk of being trimmed, hemmed,or in the way of other finishing processes which may distort the design such as pole sleeves and grommets. Background color or images should extend to the pink bleed line to ensure full coverage after finishing.

Step By Step Guide
Our step by step guide is broken into three parts: Selecting Your Product, Using Visprodesign® and Checking Out. Click a thumbnail below to learn more.
Upload Requirements
To ensure Visprodesign® creations result in high-quality prints, uploaded images must comply with the following requirements:
Copyright
By uploading a file (photo, design, trademark, slogans, etc.), you agree to the following terms:
- You are the owner of the copyright or the original file.
- The file does not violate the copyright of a third party.
- Vispronet will not be held liable for copyright violations and will refer any claims back to the customer.
File Formats
The following file formats are accepted: JPEG, TIFF, EPS, SVG and PNG. The maximum allowed file size is 200 MB.
Resolution
Resolution is a measure of image quality in the printing process. The higher the image resolution, the better the print quality will be. We require a minimum resolution of 360dpi for textile (fabric) and 800dpi for other materials (vinyl, rigid materials, etc.).
Please note that despite high resolutions, some graphic elements, namely small and thin lines, can fail to properly print.
Resolution can be impacted when an image is enlarged, and lead to blurred or pixelated printed images. Please pay attention to the DPI meter (see below) to ensure a properly printed image.
Furthermore, if an image has a DPI that has been raised artificially, it will lead to a false positive situation, and cause blurred or pixelated prints. We will not be held liable for blurred or pixelated prints resulting from an artificially raised DPI.
Color perception can vary from monitor to monitor because of different screen settings. Therefore, please note that what is seen on the monitor will not necessarily match what is subsequently printed.
DPI Meter
The DPI Meter shows when you upload an image, and indicates the quality of the uploaded file based on resolution requirements. The DPI Meter will not show for EPS files, as they are vector-based images and not raster-based. The DPI Meter should not be used as a guide for positioning of image contents. Please pay attention to safety and marking lines when considering position of contents.
The DPI Meter will show the quality of an uploaded image quality as either:
- Good – Good DPI will show as green. This indicates the image is above the minimum recommended DPI and doesn’t need to be changed to be printed.
- Acceptable – Acceptable DPI will show as yellow. This indicates the image is below the recommended DPI. The image can still be printed, but may not reach optimal print quality. Shrink the image to reach Good DPI.
- Bad – Bad DPI will show as red. The image DPI is too low to be printed. Please shrink the image or upload/choose another.
Enlarging a raster-based image may lead to insufficient image quality. This will be documented in the error message below the DPI meter.
You’ll need to check and confirm your design in the product preview before you can finalize your order. Complaints based on listed warnings in the product preview will not be accepted.
Color Conversion
Any graphics files submitted as RGB will be converted to CMYK. This conversion may change the colors and final appearance of the print, leading to undesired results.
Pantone colors cannot be specified in the design tool. Please use the Upload My Design option and specify Pantones within your graphics software.

Shipping: What To Do If You Need Your Order Sent Elsewhere
Occasionally, you might need to have your Vispronet® order shipped somewhere else. A number of scenarios might have happened:
- you booked a different hotel than the one you were originally staying at
- your trade show is in a different city, state or even country
- your event isn’t until much later, and you need the item(s) held
- you put an incorrect address in at the time of shipment
- you’re not going to be home when the order arrives, and want it sent somewhere else, such as your office
Regardless of the reason, your order is going to Point A, and you need it to go to Point B. What are you to do? Well, luckily both UPS and FedEx have you covered.
