Artwork Requirements:

Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

Your artwork is printed using dye sublimation on all peaks and valances of the canopy for maximum brand exposure. Choose from canvas-like 300D or premium 600D polyester for your custom tent canopy. Both materials are water-resistant, fire-resistant, and scratch-resistant. Easily attach the canopy to the tent frame using hook-and-loop fasteners. Select from Economy, Basic, or Deluxe frames for your tent. Further personalize your 10x10 canopy tent by adding stock or custom printed walls to your order. Properly set up your tent display by also adding weights, stakes, and carry bags for transportation and storage. Simple and Fast Setup
Assembling your custom 10x10 canopy tent only takes a few minutes and doesn’t require any tools. All frame options have a collapsible construction. When setting up your tent, extend the frame out to its full size until it locks into place. Adjust the height using the push levers on each leg. The custom canopy attaches to the frame with hook-and-loop fasteners. Our custom and stock sidewalls are connected the same way. When you are finished using your tent, the hardware collapses back to a compact size for convenient storage.
Easy Tent Maintenance
The better maintained your custom canopy tent, the longer it will last. Simply wipe the canopy down with soap and water if it gets dirty. Air out after cleaning to avoid any mildew issues. When your tent is not in use, we recommend keeping the hardware and canopy in one of our optional carry bags. This will keep your canopy tent in pristine condition for when you are ready to use it again. Store in a dry space and away from heavy foot traffic.

What is your turnaround time?
Our standard production time to print your custom 10x10 tent is 3 business days. If you need your tent faster, we offer rush production and expedited shipping options. Calculate your shipping options using our “Estimate Delivery” tool or when checking out.
What parts of the canopy are customizable?
The entire canopy of these tents will be personalized with your design. This includes all the peaks and valances. Have all peaks printed with the same design or incorporate different artwork for each section. There’s also the option of adding stock or custom walls to your tent to maximize your advertising space.

Are these custom 10x10 canopy tents weather-resistant?
Yes, both the hardware and fabric can be used outdoors without getting ruined. We recommend, however, letting your canopy and tent frame dry out after wet conditions before storing.
What is the difference between the tent frame options?
The 10x10 tent frames have varying degrees of durability. The Economy and Basic frames are made from steel while the Deluxe option has a more reliable aluminum construction. The Deluxe frame is also better equipped for outdoor elements because it will never rust and withstands winds up to 30mph. The Basic and Deluxe hardware also has hexagonal legs for security and strength. The Economy has square legs.
How is the canopy printed?
Your 10x10 custom pop up tent is printed using a modern dye-sublimation printing method where the ink is infused directly into the fabric. This creates eye-popping colors that will not scratch or peel off the material. We also use full CMYK printing so you can add as many colors and details to your design as you want without it affecting the price.
