Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

5x5 Logo Tent (Optional Walls) Details
Spread brand awareness at your next show or event with a 5x5 logo tent. These premium pop up tents feature your custom logo and message centered on each side of the canopy and valance. We print our canopies using dye sublimation. This cutting-edge printing technique infuses the ink directly into the polyester fibers of the canopy, creating vibrant, full-color graphics that won’t peel or scratch. We offer two material options: 300D and 600D polyester. The 600D polyester is heavier and more fortified for outdoor weather elements. Both materials are flame-retardant, water-resistant, and finished with a polyurethane coating to prevent corrosion, weathering, or abrasions. Choose from two frame options: Economy and Deluxe. The economy frame is made from steel and is rated for winds up to 20mph. The Deluxe frame is made from aluminum and can withstand winds of 30mph. We offer multiple wall options to choose from including full walls, half walls, walls with windows, and walls with doors.

Choose from the three design methods listed below. All design submissions are checked by our pre-press team for any errors or issues. We will email you a free design proof for your approval before we begin producing your order.
Design Online: Design your 5x5 logo tent online, in real time, using our online design tool. This tool allows you to upload logo files directly from your computer and makes it easy to add clip art, text, colors, and more.
Upload Artwork: To design using this method you must download your specific artwork template, add your artwork using design software, and reupload the completed template to our website, before or after placing your order.
Free Design Service: Need some help with your artwork? Our team of graphic artists can fix your current artwork or help build a design from scratch, free of charge. Just send our team your current artwork files and/or some instructions and we will correspond with you until the design is completed and applied to your 5x5 canopy.
