Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links

Backlit Fabric Pop Up Display Straight Details
As one of our best-selling pop up booths, this portable display features your custom graphics printed onto a woven polyester banner that wraps around the front and sides of the aluminum frame and is secured by hook-and-loop adhesive fasteners. The LED lights, cables, and diffuser backer fabric is included to prevent hot spots on the material. The banner is printed using our state-of-the art dye-sublimation printing method that produces extraordinary colors, making your graphics scratch and fade-resistant. The special 300D polyester material is also water-resistant and flame-retardant to create an ultradurable and dependable display. This fabric combined with the included LED lights set this pop-up booth above the rest. Design Online: Upload your logo, files, and images into our online design tool to design your pop up in real-time in just a few minutes. Choose from a collection of fonts, backgrounds, clip arts, backgrounds, and more to customize the product template without leaving our website.
Upload Artwork Template: Download the provided template file onto your computer and insert your custom artwork using your own graphic deign software. When you’re finished, upload the ready-to-print template back onto our website, before or after placing your order.
Free Design Services: If you’re lacking the skills or inspiration to create your own design, opt for assistance at no additional cost. What is the turnaround time?
All our pop-up displays require our standard 3 day turnaround time plus shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are located. All orders ship from our facility in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Expedited production and shipping options are available at checkout and in our Delivery Estimator at the top of the page.
Can I order the hardware or graphics separately?
Yes! Hardware-only and prints-only orders are available for those who need replacement graphics or frames. When configuring your product, choose the appropriate order type that meets your requirements.
What is the most popular size?
For our backlit straight displays, the most popular sizes are: 9.8ft x 7.4ft, 7x4ft x 7.4ft, and 12.2ft x 7.4ft. All sizes share the same premium hardware and materials.
How long will my display last?
With the proper care and maintenance, our displays are built to last the wear and tear of the busy trade show exhibitor for years to come. We use durable hardware and materials that are resistant to corrosion and rust. All graphics are printed onto super-woven polyester materials via dye-sublimation, which ingrains the inks into the fibers of the fabric. This creates a wash-proof result that will not fade when washing the prints.How do I care for and clean the display?
The graphic banners are machine-washable on a delicate cycle and will not fade after repeat washes. This is due to the state-of-the-art dye-sublimation printing method used to produce them. We recommend using a steamer on the fabric after traveling or if the display has been in storage for an extended period.
