Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

No tools are required for set up, making it perfect for on-the-go display. The custom graphics span across the front and optional sides. Choose from two polyester materials to suit short-term or long-term indoor and outdoor use. We print your custom artwork using dye sublimation, an industry-best printing technique where the ink is infused into the banner for vibrant, full-color graphics that are fade-resistant and scratch-resistant. Easily change out old prints for new ones with the hook-and-loop fastener finishing that makes assembly a breeze. Our curved trade show displays come in several sizes to suit tabletops and floors, so you can make a big impression with the space you have available.

What is the turnaround time?
Printing your curved pop up display takes 3 business days, but there are rush production times available if you need it by a certain date. Your shipping rate depends on which option you choose when checking out. See what shipping rates are available using our “Estimate Delivery” tool.
Can I order the frame or graphics separately?
Yes, ordering just the hardware or just the print is very easy. For the “Order Type” question in the configurator, choose whether you want “Prints Only”, “Hardware Only”, or both. This lets you order replacement frames and graphics without having to order an entirely new pop up set.
What is the difference between the material options?
We have two polyester materials for your banner. The Display Polyester is the more affordable of the two, with a slight stretch that makes it easy to add to the frame and a glossy, professional finish. The Premium Opaque Polyester is the stronger of the two with completely opaque fabric that looks great in photos. Both polyester fabrics are wrinkle-resistant and flame-retardant for durability.
What is the most popular curve display size?
While we have small and large sizes, our most popular dimensions are floor-length pop ups at 9.8ft x 7.4ft, 7.4ft x 7.4ft, and 12.2ft x 7.4ft. It’s important to measure how much trade show booth space you have before ordering a pop up.
How long will my pop up last?
These displays are crafted from high-quality materials and are designed for repeated and long-term use. The frame is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum while the artwork is printed with durable dye sublimation printing. With proper care, your pop up should last for years.
How do I take care of my pop up display?
The polyester fabric is machine-washable, so it’s easy to clean the prints if they become dirty. Use a delicate cycle for the best results. We also recommend a steamer to remove any wrinkles. Keep your print and hardware stored in a carry case when not in use so they are in great condition for when they are set up again.
