When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Design Sponsor Banners Online
Each of our design methods will send you a proof for your approval before we print anything. Personalize the sponsor banner template in one of the three ways:
Design Online: This option is great for customers who do not have a lot of time and have logos to upload. In our design tool, you can upload images and further customize the template with clipart, background colors, and fonts.
Upload Artwork Template: If you prefer designing the sponsor banner template in your own computer software, this is the option for you. We have a clickable template link that you can download onto your computer. When you are done, you can upload the finished template before or after placing your order.

Sponsor Banner Material Options
Outdoor
Sponsor banners are for indoor display, such as at an organization’s party, or for outdoor setup, such as at a sports game. It is important to select the vinyl material that is right for the banner’s location as each option has its own functionalities. There are three vinyl options for outdoor use. First, there is the Mesh Vinyl. This option is an excellent choice if you are placing the thank you sponsors banner on a pole set or on a fence in the wind. The perforated material allows the wind to pass through the material to guarantee a long print life. The other outdoor options, the 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl, can withstand all kinds of weather. Both materials are weather-resistant and UV-protected for durability, but the 18oz version is for lighter use compared to the heavy-duty 23oz option.
Indoor
If, on the other hand, the proud sponsor banner is for indoor display, then there are two vinyl materials to choose from. There is the Indoor Vinyl and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl. Both options last a long time due to their weather-resistance and UV-protection that keeps the print in pristine condition. The Indoor Vinyl, however, has a matte finish and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl is 100% opaque and has a sleeker satin finish. Your decision depends on how you want the banner to look and feel rather than how long you want it to last.
Sponsor Banner Finishing Options
Where and how will your banners be setup? Choose one of the following finishing options to assist you in installing the banner with or without hardware:
Grommets: This option is for hanging the banner on posts outdoors or from a ceiling indoors with bungee cords. Choose between getting grommets in the four corners of the banner or every 1.5ft if the material is long.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: These adhesive tabs are also for hanging the banner with bungee cords indoors and outdoors. Select from having adhesive tabs on the four corners of the banner or around the perimeter.
Pole Pockets: Get pole pockets for installing the banner on a pole set either indoors or outdoors. The poles easily slide through the pockets for simple assembly. You can have pole pockets on the top or on the top and bottom of the sponsor banner.
Hemmed Sides: Getting the sides hemmed is great for both indoor and outdoor display without hardware, such as mounting the banner to a wall with nails. Having the sides hemmed makes the edges resistant to tearing for long term use.
Cut Sides: If you are setting the thank you sponsors banner up without hardware or with a frame or canvas, get the sides cut. Having cut sides creates smooth edges that are easy to setup in a variety of ways. This option is great for light indoor and outdoor use.

If you are looking to hang your banner outdoors for a long period of time, we recommend choosing one of our heavier vinyl materials like the 18oz opaque or 23oz opaque. Our 12oz mesh is also a popular choice for outdoor display. The 12oz mesh is perforated, allowing wind to easily pass through the banner with little resistance.
Will my banner fade if exposed to sunlight?
No, your sponsorship banner will not fade if displayed outdoors in direct sunlight. The graphics are printed using UV-resistant inks, making them safe for long term outdoor display.
Do you offer double-sided printing?
Yes, we do offer double-sided printing. If you would like double-sided printing, make sure to select either the 13oz indoor opaque vinyl, 18oz opaque vinyl, or the 23oz opaque vinyl.
