When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Most store-bought garden flags are made from nylon, which does not stand up to the weather as well as polyester. This is because polyester is knitted, which prevents the flag from tearing when exposed to wind and rain, allowing it to last longer. We also use a state-of-the-art dye sublimation printing technique, which creates striking colors that will not scratch or peel off from the elements. They are also more subtle and easier to setup compared to most holiday yard decorations. If you are planning a St. Patrick’s Day event, these garden flags are perfect decorations. These garden flags do not just have to be set up one day a year on the holiday. They are durable enough to be setup outdoors for the entire month of March. Display Garden Flags Outdoors
Assemble your hardware and flag outdoors in a few minutes without tools. The flag stand is shipped uninstalled, but the poles simply connect for fast assembly. The section with the flagpole arm goes on the top while the bottom has the step. The bottom part of the stand pushes into the ground until the hardware is taut. You might have to step down on the bottom section to make sure it goes in all the way. These flagpoles are secured in soft ground, such as sand, dirt, and grass. The flag has a pole pocket sewn on the top for sliding through the top arm of the stand. Make sure the St. Patrick’s Day outdoor flag does not fly off the arm of the stand in the wind and rain by adding the stopper and flag clip to the hardware. If you want to switch your St. Patrick’s Day garden flag out for a new design, all you have to do is unclip the flag and remove the stopper before replacing with another flag.
Storing Your Flag
These flags can be setup in your front yard year after year, but they need to be properly stored and cared for if you want them to remain in great condition. Roll the flag up instead of folding it so that the material does not crease or wrinkle. Make sure no direct sunlight hits the flag when in storage as this can cause the colors of the print to fade. It’s best to keep the flag in a closet, basement, or garage to prevent this from happening. You should also make sure the garden flag is dry before placing it in storage so that it does not get dirty. If you need to clean the flag before setting it up again for St. Patrick’s Day, the polyester fabric and dye-sublimation print are machine washable. The better you store the flag, the longer it will last for multiple St. Patrick’s Days.
