Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.

Feather flag sizes range from XXS to XXL with heights up to 18.5ft, making it easy to match your flag to any space. Here’s a quick guide to choosing the right size:

Single-Sided vs. Double-Sided Feather Flags
Single-Reverse
Single-reverse printing is the most economical option and keeps your flag lightweight for higher wind areas. We print your design on one side and it shows in reverse on the back. This still provides good visibility for simple logos, bold colors, and minimal text.
Double-Sided
Double-sided printing gives you full, vibrant graphics on both sides of the feather signs. This makes your message clear no matter which direction people are approaching from. Double-sided options also prevent the reverse-image look for long text or layouts that need to read correctly on both sides.
Outdoor Flag Polyester is our standard and most popular material. This durable knitted polyester holds up well in everyday outdoor conditions and resists tearing over time. This fabric is also more economical and supports both print layouts.
Mesh Polyester is lightweight, breathable, and ideal for windy or sandy environments. The tight knit allows air and to pass through the fabric, reducing strain and extending durability in harsher weather. Mesh is available exclusively in single-reverse printing.
Modern Feather Banner Printing
We print all our feather flag banners in full color with the design covering the entire flag. While many companies have black borders, we print your artwork across the entire personalized feather flag. We also incorporate full CMYK color to accommodate colorful, detailed graphics.
Dye sublimation flag printing recreates your artwork in vivid, eye-popping colors. Sublimation infuses the ink directly into the fabric, preventing scratching and peeling. This print method results in long-lasting graphics resistant to different weather conditions for indoor and outdoor use.
Standard or Premium Feather Signs Hardware
We offer easy to set up standard or premium flag poles. The standard pole set is the more economic of the two, but has a lower wind rating. Our premium pole set, on the other hand, is more expensive but with higher wind resistance.
We also have several base options to choose from. Our ground stakes secure your display in soft ground while cross bases stabilize your flag on hard floors. If you plan on using your flag indoors and outdoors, you can order both bases.

How To Set Up Your Custom Feather Flags
Assembling feather flag signs is quick, easy, and tool-free. View the five easy steps below to complete the flag setup:
1. Snap the sections of the pole set together.
2. Slide the pole (skinny end first) into the bottom of the flag’s sleeve.
3. Push the pole all the way through until the tip of the hardware is in the flag pocket.
4. Connect the bottom of pole set to either a ground stake or cross base.
5. Attach the bungee cord on the hook of the pole set for extra security.

What size custom feather flag should I choose?
Choose based on viewing distance. Smaller flags are ideal for indoor or sidewalk use. Larger feather flags work best for roadside visibility and outdoor events.
Are feather flags suitable for high-wind areas?
Yes, especially when printed on mesh polyester, which allows wind to pass through. For extremely windy conditions, pair your flag with a heavy-duty base and a premium pole set.
Can my feather banner have different images on the front and back?
Yes. Our custom printing process allows different artwork on each side of your feather banner or feather sign. We sew a light-blocking liner between the layers, ensuring the design on one side doesn’t show through to the other.
How long will these last?
With proper care, our outdoor advertising flags typically last 2+ years. Keep them out of extreme weather when possible. Always store the printed fabric completely dry to prevent mildew or fading.
Does every order come with a free carry bag?
Yes, every feather flag order with a pole set includes a standard carry bag for storing and transporting the hardware. A premium padded case is available for increased safety.
Do you have bulk discounts?
Yes. Ordering multiple feather banners or printed flag graphics automatically lowers the price per unit. Bulk pricing updates in real time on the product page as you adjust the quantity.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Our design service lets you upload multiple layouts for different designs for various promotions, events, or storefront displays. Each design will have its own separate artwork template.
