Are you a realtor or homeowner looking to sell a house, lease some property, or rent an apartment? Let people driving and walking by a home or lot know that it is on the market by advertising with a custom real estate sign. These real estate yard signs are a tried and true method for getting the attention of potential buyers. For sale signs or open house signs are designed to be displayed in a front lawn and are commonly printed with useful information, such as company logos, phone numbers, websites, and social media names.
Real estate signs are universally recognized and can generate interest in a home for sale and for rent. People who see the classic real estate for sale sign and rider frame in a front yard immediately understand that the house or land is for sale. Even a classic corrugated plastic yard sign on an H-stake is enough to attract attention and promote a real estate business. Some homes use both the large frame and the smaller yard sign to supply more information and cover more ground.
No matter how you choose to display these custom realtor signs, they are designed to be used outdoors and for an extended period.
The sign and rider portion of these real estate signs are made from corrugated plastic. This is the most popular material used for yard signs as they can withstand outdoor environments due to its weather-resistant properties. Another great benefit to plastic signs is that they offer stand-out colors that are crisply printed and will not peel off.
The real estate sign frames can either include a rider, or just a top sign section. Both large sign frames are made from the same material: powder-coated steel. This steel is incredibly durable to stand up to wind and rain but also lightweight enough to transport from location to location. The yard stake options are made from 9-gauge zinc-plated steel, which is durable enough to be used outdoors and is strong enough to secure the sign to the ground.
These real estate yard signs are easy to set up and move from one place to another. The black powder-coated steel frames include stake bottoms that are pushed into the ground until the whole frame is taut. The yard stakes are applied the same way by being pushed into the ground. If the dirt is hard, then a foot can be used for extra pressure.
These realtor signs should be added to the frame or stakes after they are inserted in the ground. For the steel frames, the sign is connected to the top section with included push pins that press into the holes on the corners of the frame and the sign. If there is a rider, it is added the same way. For the stakes, there are flutes in between the two sides that are placed over the top of the H-stake. The sign slides over the stake until it is taut.
