Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Design your print using one of the three methods listed below. All artwork submissions are checked by our pre-press team for any errors or pixelation issues. We will email you a free digital proof of your design for your approval before we begin printing.
Design Online: Design your canvas prints online, in real time using our online design tool. This tool allows you to upload photos and artwork directly from your computer and makes it easy to insert text, adjust sizing, add background designs, and more.
Upload Artwork: To design using this method you must download the provided artwork template, add your artwork using your own design software, and reupload the completed template to your account, before or after placing your order. You can find the artwork template by clicking the “Proceed to Artwork” button listed above.
Free Design Service: Not sure how to design your canvas? Our pre-press team can touch up your photos or artwork, for free! Choose this option and send our team your image, files, and notes regarding your order. We will work with you until the design is finished and applied to your custom canvas print.

What is the turnaround time?

Can I order a custom size?
No, we do not offer canvas printing for custom sizes. We offer 25 standard sizes to choose from ranging from 8in x 8in up to 36in x 36in.
How are your canvas prints finished?
All of our canvas photo prints are gallery wrapped, meaning the canvas is wrapped around the entire front and sides of the wooden frame, with an open area in the back.
Design Process
Do you offer free design services?
Yes, we do offer free design services. If you need help adding your images or artwork to the canvas, our team is here to help, for free! We are also able to touch up your photos if needed. Just send our team your image, design files, and some notes and we will correspond with you until the design is completed.
What is a free digital proof?
A digital proof is a highly accurate mockup of what your design or image will look like on the canvas print. Our prepress team will email you a free digital proof for your approval before we begin printing your wall art. The digital proofing process is always 100% free.
Can I design my canvas print online?
Yes, our design tool makes it simple to create your design online, in real time. Our tool makes it easy to upload files directly from your computer, and you can add text, shapes, clip art, and more. Once you are finished designing your customized canvas print, our pre-press team will check your design for errors before sending you a free digital proof for your approval.
Can I add text to my print?
Yes, you can add text to your custom print using one of our three design methods listed above. If you have any questions, reach out to our customer service team for help.
Are there any image requirements
We recommend following the guidelines below for best results. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for answers. We accept: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, and SVG file types.
For best results, canvas prints from photos should be:
- Larger than 2MB in size
- Greater than 1800 x 1800 pixels
- Between 180 - 300 DPI.

What are the frames made from?
Our frames are made from solid poplar hardwood, making them suitable for surface or wall display. Unlike cheap canvas prints offered by some competitors, our frames won’t warp or bend and provide excellent stability for years of display.
What is the canvas made from?
Our canvas is made from 600D polyester. This sturdy material has excellent color reproduction, showcasing your custom photo or design through bright, full-color graphics. 600D polyester is also water-resistant, scratch-proof, flame-retardant, and won’t crack, even after years of display.
How thick are the frames?
Our frames are 1.5in thick. 1.5in frames are lightweight and easy to mount to a wall.
What is the canvas printing process?
