Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Suspension Banner Stand Details

The banner is completely customizable with different printing formats to suit all kinds of settings. Choose from vinyl or polyester materials. All the material options are printed with state-of-the-art techniques for long-lasting graphics that will not peel or fade. What is the difference between the banner materials?
These banners come in vinyl and polyester materials. The most economical of the three is the 13oz Indoor Vinyl, which has a matte finish and is only available in single-sided prints. The 13oz Indoor Opaque Vinyl is 100% opaque and is available in single-sided and double-sided formats for maximum exposure. Finally, there’s the Premium Opaque Polyester, which is a knitted fabric that’s 100% opaque. This comes in single-reverse and double-sided print layouts, so your artwork is always visible from both sides.
How do I assemble this display?
Setting up this suspension banner stand is very easy and only takes a few minutes. The poles snap and click together without any hassle. Spring hooks attach to the four corners of the hardware and connect to the metal grommets on the banner for the suspended appearance.
