Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

The stretch banner is made from a nearly opaque polyester material that’s great for indoor use because it’s a knitted, flame-retardant fabric. Your artwork is printed onto the fabric using a modern dye sublimation method, which infuses the ink into the fabric to prevent fading and scratching. Choose between getting both sides printed with a unique design or having one side printed and the other side blank for placing against a wall. When will I get my tension wall?
The standard time needed to print your banner is 3 business days, but we do offer rush production and expedited shipping options for those who need their display by a certain date. To view what options are available for you, use the “Estimate Delivery” tool or view your options during checkout.
How do you set these up?
While these stretch walls are large, they’re designed to be easily set up and taken down. The hardware comes in different sections that snap-and-click together for tool-free assembly. When the frame is completed, the banner sleeve slides down the entire frame. This allows you to easily remove the prints and replace them with new ones. Can I reuse a wave stretch wall at multiple events?
Yes, this wall can be reused at different events because it’s easy to move around and set up. A carry bag is included with your order for transporting and storing the display when not in use. The hardware is made from durable aluminum poles while the banner is made from flame-retardant polyester material that is perfect for indoor and light outdoor use. Your print will also not fade or peel because we use a state-of-the-art printing technique.
