Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Backdrop Banner Stand Details
Showcase your custom promotional graphics at a trade show or other event with these backdrop banner stand displays. These backdrop displays include a fully customizable polyester banner that expands across the large stand. We print on the polyester material using a modern dye sublimation process, which creates stunning colors that will not scratch or peel off the fabric. The material is also knitted and flame-retardant for long-term use. Choose between getting the design on the front of the display backdrop or on the front and back of the stand. The backdrop banners come in many different sizes both standard and custom, from 5.6ft x 5.8ft to 10ft x 10ft. Your print can extend to the middle of the frame or all the way to the floor depending on what you want the backdrop display stand to look like. Aluminum poles and pole thorns make up the backdrop banner frame. Our hardware is easily assembled in a few minutes without the need for tools. Base plates are also included with the order for stabilizing the entire display banner stand. Our banner stand displays are the perfect marketing tool to catch the eye of passersby at an event.
