When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Horizontal A-Frame Banner Stand Assembly
The hardware for the horizontal a frame banner stand includes an aluminum pole set, banner cords, ground stakes, and nylon webbing. Set up is simple with no tools required. The expandable poles and aluminum tubes connect first. Secondly, the banner cords are for connecting the print to the frame by hooking them through the print’s grommets. The ground stakes are for assembling an outdoor a frame. Lastly, the stakes keep the stand firmly on the ground and prevent the banner from falling over in the wind. When this outdoor banner frame is not in use, the lightweight frame system can be folded down to a compact size. When folded and laid flat, this a frame banner stand can easily be stored in a car trunk or a large utility closet. This makes traveling with this horizontal a frame banner stand easy.
