Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Square Hanging Banners for Ceiling Promotions
Showcase your brand from the ceiling at a trade show, expo, or inside a store with these hanging square banners. The square shape ensures people from all directions can see and read your design. Create the same design for each side or unique graphics on each side.
The display polyester banner is ideal for indoor use at events. The fabric is knitted and flame-retardant for durability. We print your artwork using dye sublimation, which ingrains the ink directly into the material resulting in vibrant, full-color graphics.
While these square hanging banners are available in three large sizes, the hardware is lightweight and portable. Assemble the aluminum poles and 3D connectors to form the square shape. Your order includes hooks and rope to hang the banner from the ceiling.

Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days. If you need your order faster, rush production and expedited shipping fees are available.
How do I personalize my square hanging sign display?
We have three ways to create your artwork. Either use our online tool, download the artwork template and design it using design software, or have us design it for you. All methods include a free artwork proof to approve before we print your hanging square banners.
How are these square hanging banners set up?
The aluminum poles connect without tools to create the square shape. Attach the banner to the hardware with the hook-and-loop closures. All orders include step-by-step assembly instructions to follow.
