Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Guidelines:
Download the template, insert your artwork, and upload the completed file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, INDD
Important: Embed images, flatten layers, remove template lines, export as one page.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® colors when possible
- Design to scale
- Keep within safe area
- 300 DPI Minimum
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Include bleed line
- Check Spelling

Material Options:
- 300D Polyester: Water-resistant, scratch-proof, flame-retardant fabric (6.00oz/yd²)
Additional Notes:
- Inflatable tents are easier to set up with at least two people
- Inflate the 16' x 16' partially, add the canopy, then inflate the tent the rest of the way
