Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Banner arms also always keep your print fully visible, even without wind. Choose between a single arm, double arm, or triple arm. For the double arm, you can select whether you want your designs facing the same direction or opposite directions. Adding more than one banner arm to your telescopic flagpole lets you customize more than one banner for maximum exposure of one design or the ability to promote multiple designs on one flagpole.

When will I get my order?
We require 3 business days before your flag is ready to ship. We do, however, have rush production and expedited shipping if you need your telescopic flagpole by a certain date. You can view what options are available when checking out or by using our “Estimate Delivery” tool.
Can this be used outdoors?
Yes! The flag material and hardware are designed for outdoor display. The pole set is made from aluminum to prevent it from rusting while the flag fabric is knitted and tear-resistant to withstand the elements. We also use a state-of-the-art dye sublimation printing method, which ingrains the ink into the flag so the artwork will not scratch or peel off.
What bases are compatible with this flagpole?
This flagpole can be used with many bases. If you would like to set your flag up in soft ground, such as dirt or grass, add stake hardware to your order. If you want to place your telescoping flagpole on hard ground, choose a cross base or base plate to stabilize the entire display.
