Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Set Up Your Tent with 5x5 Pop Up Tent Frames
Make a 5x5 tent the centerpiece of your trade show or fair booth with these frames. These 5x5 tent frames are compatible with our custom or stock canopies. Attach your canopy to the hardware using the hook-and-loop fasteners on the canopy.
Choose from either an Economy or Deluxe frame. The Economy is the more affordable option while the Deluxe withstands heavy use. These frames collapse down to a compact size that makes them perfect for moving, transporting, and storing.
1-2 people can easily expand our 5x5 canopy tent frames. Pull the frame out until it locks into place. Levers are on each leg to adjust the height. Both frame styles are light, weighing only 27 or 31lbs.

Your 5x5 tent frame will ship the same day if you buy it before 1 p.m. ET. Other orders ship the next business day. We offer both standard and expedited shipping.
What’s the difference between the Economy and Deluxe frames?
The Economy option is more affordable and made from steel. The Deluxe frame is more durable and made from rust-resistant aluminum.
Are these frames compatible with canopies from other companies?
No, these 5x5 pop up tent frames specifically fit our canopies and might not work with covers from other companies.
