Artwork Requirements:

Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

We offer five vinyl material options that accommodate indoor or outdoor settings. No matter where you place the banner, the print will stand up to the elements due to the durable digital printing technique we use. You can also choose from a list of common banner sizes or enter your own measurements if you have a specific size that we do not include. Design Baby Shower Banners for a Boy or Girl
Create cute, custom baby shower banners designs for your event to celebrate the arrival of your new baby boy or girl by choosing one of the three design methods:
Design Online: This is a great tool for those with or without design experience. In our design suite, you can upload your personal photos, include the logo of an event venue, add clipart and backgrounds, and customize a personal baby name banner message.
Upload Artwork Template: Some designers feel more comfortable using a software program that they are more familiar with. In that case, you can download our baby shower signs template and upload it onto your computer. When you are finished personalizing the template, send it back to us.
Free Design Services: If you need help with what to include in your baby girl or baby boy banner graphic or with the whole designing process, we are here to help. Our graphic designers can create a print for you free of charge, such as one with the popular oh baby sign message. You will receive an artwork proof to approve before we print the banners.
Vinyl Options
Indoor
When deciding which vinyl option to choose, think about whether your custom baby shower banners will be set up indoors or outdoors. If you want to place them indoors, such as in your home or in an event hall, we have two vinyl options to select from. There is either an Indoor Vinyl or an Indoor Opaque Vinyl. Both materials are ideal for indoor settings because their weather resistance and UV protection makes them durable. The difference between the two, however, is the finishing. The Indoor Vinyl has a matte finish, which is easier to photograph, and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl has a glossier satin feel.
Outdoor
What if you will be placing your baby shower banners outdoors, such as in a backyard or in front of an event venue? We have three vinyl options that are suitable for outdoor settings. When deciding between outdoor vinyl options, it is important to consider the weather the baby shower signs will face. If the banners need to stand up against a lot of wind, we suggest choosing the Mesh Vinyl. This material is perforated so that the wind will not ruin the print. We also have the choice between 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl. Both materials are weather-resistant and UV protected so that they can withstand the weather, but we recommend using the 23oz version for heavier duty weather conditions. The 18oz option is more for lighter outdoor use, such as in mild weather.
Finishing Options
Another thing to determine when ordering baby shower banners is how they will be set up. Do you have a hardware set for them? Will you need cords to hang them? Or are you just placing them on a table? Choose your finishing option from how you want to install the banners:
Grommets: Hang your banners from a ceiling, across a wall, or on a post by attaching bungee cords to grommets. Add grommets to either the four banner corners or on every 1.5ft of banner material.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: These tabs are also for using bungee cords to hang banners from a wall, ceiling, or post. Choose between getting tabs in the four banner corners or around the perimeter.
Pole Pockets: If you have a banner stand that includes pole sets, choose the pole pockets option. You can add pole pockets to the top or the top and the bottom of the custom baby shower banners.
Hemmed Sides: Include hemmed sides with one of the finishing options or get them alone if you want to tack or nail your banners to a wall. The hemmed edges prevent the sides from ripping for durability.
Cut Sides: If you just want a simple, clean look, get the sides cut. Having the sides cut makes it easy to place the baby shower banners in a frame, on a canvas, or on a table without hardware.
