Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Guidelines:
Download the template, insert your artwork, and upload the completed file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, INDD
Important: Embed images, flatten layers, remove template lines, export as one page.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® colors when possible
- Design to scale
- Keep within safe area
- 300 DPI Minimum
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Include bleed line
- Check Spelling

- Do not use near overhead wires or allow flag to blow against structures. Allow a 8ft-16ft radius from base for flag clearance depending on size. See assembly sheet for complete instructions.
- We cannot guarantee that our pole set will fit prints that were not produced by Vispronet. Additional hardware may be necessary to attach a flag to the poles. Please contact customer service for help.
