Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Choose from three polyester materials that are all ideal for indoor settings. The display polyester and the premium opaque polyester are woven fabrics designed with trade show expos in mind. The 300D polyester is a more canvas-like material that is the most durable of the three. All fabrics are great for long-term and repeated setups. We offer three ways for you to design your pop up display design for us to print. These options suit all levels of expertise and preferences. Each method receives a free digital proof for via email for your approval.
Design Online: Use our online design tool to customize your product template. Here you can upload artwork and logo files onto the pop up display template and personalize your graphics with clipart, text boxes, background colors, and more.
Upload Artwork Template: If you have more experience in graphic design, chances are there’s a program you prefer working in. Download our artwork template onto your computer and, when you are done, upload the completed artwork back onto our website.
Free Design Services: Need some help figuring out what to include in your design or how to create it? Let us know and one of our professional designers will customize your template free of charge. You will receive an artwork proof to go over before we print your displays.

Silicone edge graphics (or SEGs) are great for fast and easy setups that are often required for business events. Our custom printed banners feature silicone edges that help the print cling and contour to the hardware without tools. When setting up the pop up, the entire frame extends to its full size and locks into place. Then, the banner slots into the hardware without the need for bungees or grommets. The edges of the fabric cling onto the display for simple installation. These graphics also cover up most of the frame, leaving more exposure for your print. When you no longer need the stand, the prints come off just as easily and the frame collapses down to a small size for storage. What is your turnaround time?
The turnaround time for our custom SEG pop up displays is 3 business days plus shipping. If, however, you need your display at a quicker date, we offer rush production and shipping times. Use the ‘Estimate Delivery’ button at the top of the page to preview which shipping and production options are available for you.
Can you order prints and hardware separately?
Yes, these products have the option of ordering just the prints or just the hardware. If you need a replacement frame or graphics, adjust the first “Order Type” question to be “Hardware only” or “Prints only” depending on what you need. When you are done selecting your option, you will be able to configure the rest of the product for just the hardware or print.
Do you have other models aside from the curved option?
Yes, we also carry a straight SEG pop up display, which has the same great features of this product. Like with our curved model, our straight pop up display also comes in a backlit option.
