When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

First Aid Feather Flag Details

These feather flags come in a bright red color and tall height that will make them instantly noticed, even in a crowded area. The flags are made from high-quality polyester fabric that is super-knitted and tear-resistant for outdoor use. Assemble your feather flags using our optional pole sets and bases. The standard pole set is made from aluminum and fiberglass and has a wind rating of 30mph. The more flexible premium pole set has a wind rating of 63mph and is made from aviation-grade fiberglass. Consider how long you feather flags will be setup and in what kind of weather when choosing your pole set. We have the option between a ground stake, a cross base and weight bag set, or both for easy setup. The ground stake is for installing your feather flags in soil, such as grass or dirt, while the cross base is for stabilizing the flags on hard surfaces, such as pavement or asphalt. Keep attendees at a festival or fair safe with these large first aid feather flags.

What is the turnaround time?

What’s the difference between the “Standard” and “Premium” pole sets?
Both of these pole set styles can be displayed indoors and outdoors. The “Standard” pole set is made from fiberglass and aluminum and can withstand winds up to 30mph. The “Premium” pole set is made from aviation-grade fiberglass and can withstand winds up to 63mph.
How tall are these first aid flags?
The flags measure 11.2ft. The flag height with the “Standard” pole set is 13.5ft and the flag height with the “Premium” pole set is 13.0ft
How are the flags printed?
We print our flags using dye sublimation. This industry-best printing technique infuses ink directly into the fibers of the polyester fabric, creating eye-catching, full-color graphics that are scratch-resistant and safe to clean.
What is the flag made from?
We craft our flags from outdoor flag polyester. This super-knitted polyester material is tear-resistant and safe to display outdoors all year round.
How long do these flags last
With proper care and maintenance, our flags are designed to last 2+ years. We recommend taking the flags down and storing them indoors during strong storms to avoid damaging the pole set and/or the first aid feather flag.
