Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line

Ice Cream Feather Flag Kit Details
Bring customers to your business, food truck, or event with this high-quality ice cream flag. The design features a cone, ice cream, and sprinkles, making this feather flag super-noticeable from far away. The assembled kit stands 13ft tall and the striking, colorful graphic is guaranteed to attract passerby. This ice cream flag sign is printed on one side of the material and the reverse image bleeds to the other side so that it's visible from the front and back. This display can be setup indoors or outdoors with different base and pole set options to acccomodate different locations. Choose from a ground stake for installing the flag in the grass or a cross base for placing it on hard flat surfaces. Standard pole sets are available for low winds and premium pole sets for high winds. Premium pole sets are recommended for long term outdoor use. Standard pole sets are recommended for light use outdoors and for indoor displays. The ice cream banner is manufactured from super-knitted polyester material that is extra durable. All of our feather flags are easily assembled without tools.

What is the turnaround time for these flags?
Because these gelato flags are stock designs, they ship the same day of purchase if ordered before 1 p.m. ET. If they are ordered later, they ship the next day. What’s the difference between the standard and premium pole sets?
The small flag size comes in standard while the large size comes in both standard and premium flagpoles. The standard version is the economic option of the two while the premium pole set is the more heavy-duty choice. The standard option handles up to 30mph while the premium version features aviation-grade fiberglass and can withstand winds up to 63mph. If you plan on using your flag in all kinds of outdoor weather, the premium pole set is the best option.
How tall is the ice cream flag?
The small feather flag is 1.8ft x 6.6ft and stands at 8.2ft when assembled with the standard pole set. The larger flag is 2.6ft x 11.2ft and is a towering 13.5ft with the standard pole set and 13ft with the premium pole kit.
What material and printing technique is used for the flags?
Our feather flags are made from a strong, heavy-duty outdoor polyester. This means that the flag is designed for indoor and outdoor display because of the weather-resistance and tear-resistance functionality of the fabric. The design is printed on one side of the material and the reverse image bleed to the other side, allowing the ice cream artwork to be visible from both directions. This is done through a dye sublimation printing method, which prevents the graphics from scratching or peeling off when exposed to outdoor weather.
What base should I get?
Think about where you will be placing your ice cream flag sign when choosing a base. Both a stake and cross base easily connect to the standard and premium pole set. The stake is for securing the flag to soft ground, such as grass, dirt, or sand. The cross base is for setting the flag up on hard, flat ground, such as indoor floors or asphalts and sidewalks. There’s also the option for both a stake and cross base if you plan on assembling your flag set in on both hard and soft ground.
