Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

This state-of-the-art printing method delivers scratch and fade-resistant results, in which the ink fuses directly into fibers of the material. This creates a reliable, scratch-proof, and water-resistant result that will not fade after cleaning the banner in a washing machine. High-quality LED lights and a diffuser panel are included to safely create a beautiful, illuminated display. The banner wraps around the front and sides of the display and is secured to the aluminum frame using hook-and-loop fasteners. How long will the display last?
Our backlit curved displays are designed to last for years with the proper maintenance and care of the material and frame. The frames are rust and corrosion-resistant with durable PVC fixtures. The polyester fabric is printed via dye-sublimation, which infuses the inks into the fibers of the material, creating a scratch-proof, water-resistant result that will not fade in the washing machine. All our fabric banners can be cleaned on delicate cycle in the average household washing machine. A steamer is recommended if the banner has been in storage for an extended period.
