Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Guidelines:
Download the template, insert your artwork, and upload the completed file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, INDD
Important: Embed images, flatten layers, remove template lines, export as one page.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® colors when possible
- Design to scale
- Keep within safe area
- 300 DPI Minimum
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Include bleed line
- Check Spelling

Base Plate Details
Made of durable steel, the Pop Up Tent Base Plate keeps your Pop Up Tent securely on the ground. You can stack weights on top of each other to provide maximum support for safety.
11lb Base Plate
- Black powder-coated steel plate
- Accommodates tent legs up to 1.5in diameter
22lb & 44lb Base Plate
- Two-part black powder-coated steel plate
- Center cut out opening accommodates tent legs up to 2.0in diameter
- Rectangular side cut out openings measure 6.5in x 2.0in

- 11lb base plate does not fit the Advertising Tent Premium
