- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)

- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials

How fast can I travel in my car without damaging the flag pole?
The speed your car flag can withstand depends on which flag pole style you choose, as well as which printing style you choose. Our Premium pole can withstand car speeds up to 70 mph for single-reverse and double-sided prints. Our Economy pole can withstand car speeds of 30 mph for single-reverse and double-sided prints. While our Premium pole style is highway rated, our Economy pole style is recommended for slower applications like parades, car shows, etc.
