Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Salon Flag Banners Made from Durable Materials
What makes our salon flag banners more long lasting than many competitors? One of the main reasons is that we craft our salon flags from knitted polyester, which is much more resistant to outdoor conditions than cheaper fabrics like nylon. The knitted material creates terrific colors that stand-out in a crowd and it will not tear in the wind. One of the major benefits to this fabric is that it has an excellent thru print. We only print on one side of the hair salon flags and the reverse image of the graphic bleeds through to the other side. This gives your message exposure from all directions, makes the banner lightweight, and is more affordable than double print options.
In addition to the great material of the salon flag banners, our hardware is also designed for durability. We have the choice of including a Standard or Premium pole set with your order. The Standard poles are made from aluminum, which are used indoors and outdoors in no-to-low winds. The Premium option costs more but is more enduring due to its fiberglass structure. This pole kit withstands outdoor winds up to 63mph.
Easy Setup
All our flag banners install without any tools required. Everything needed for installation is included in each order. This whole setup only takes a few minutes.
- Push a ground stake into soft grounds, such as grass, dirt, and sand. Place a cross base on harder floors, such as inside tiles and outside asphalt by folding the legs out.
- Both the Standard and Premium pole sets come in separate pieces that snap together.
- Slip the flag’s pole sleeve over the pole until the flag is taut.
- Wrap the loop at the bottom of the hair salon flags around the hook on the flagpole for extra security.
- Connect the bottom of the pole set to the top of the ground base.
