The premium pole set has a wind rating of 63mph because of its aviation-grade fiberglass material. If you need to insert your feather flag into grass or dirt, choose our ground stake base. If, on the other hand, you are placing the feather flag on hard surfaces, such as a sidewalk or driveway, go with the cross base and weight bag combo.
