Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.

- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

They are available in two sizes: 8” x 12” and 12” x 16.5”. Mini tabletop retractable banners are designed to be compact and easy to store, making them perfect for portable displays like trade shows, product demonstrations, retail counters, and more. Each banner is crafted from 13oz opaque vinyl, a weather-resistant material that can be showcased indoors and is safe to display outdoors in good weather conditions. Our mini table banners are digitally printed using UV-resistant inks for a vibrant and long-lasting print that is fade-resistant, allowing for long-term display. The base is made from lightweight and highly durable aluminum, allowing for safe transportation to and from events. Setting up the mini pop up banners is a simple task that can be completed by one person in under a minute. Set up involves erecting the aluminum support pole, expanding the roll up banner from the base, and attaching the banner to the pole. Breakdown is just as easy and convenient.
