Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Get Three Popular Displays in One Kit
This trade show display kit offers everything you need for your next event. This set comes with a retractable banner, a mesh brochure holder, and a standard tablecloth. Choose if you want to add or remove the brochure holder and tablecloth from your kit.
The custom retractable banner is vinyl and the tablecloth is polyester. We print the banner using digital printing and the custom tablecloth with dye sublimation. Both these printing methods result in vivid graphics that will not scratch, peel, or fade.
You only need one person and no tools to assemble your booth. The retractable banner rolls up from the base and rolls back down for convenient storage. Our brochure holder comes in separate, portable pieces that only take a minute to install.

Can I get these displays separately?
Yes, we have the retractable banner, portable mesh brochure holder, and custom tablecloth as their own products with more options.
Is it possible to use different graphics on the custom displays?
Yes, the roll up banner and tablecloth can have corresponding or alternate designs.
How do I clean my custom tablecloth?
The polyester tablecloth is machine washable. We recommend a delicate cycle with cold water. Hang your table cover to dry or use a low heat setting on a dryer.
