Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Effortlessly promote your brand at any event with this trade show display kit. Our set comes with a retractable banner and a custom standard tablecloth. The table cover is optional and available in 6ft and 8ft sizes.
Our roll up banner is vinyl and the tablecloth is polyester. We print on these materials using digital printing and dye sublimation. Both printing styles result in eye-popping colors and withstand repeated use.
Our roll up banners are easy to assemble without tools. All you need to do is retract the banner from the base and clip to the back pole. When you are done, just roll the banner back into the base for safe storage. The hardware is lightweight for portability.

Do you have other sizes for these displays?
Yes, if you go to our retractable banner and custom tablecloth pages, there’s more options.
Do I need to use the same design on both displays?
No, you can create completely different graphics for each product.
How do I clean my prints?
Clean the vinyl banner by wiping it with a damp cloth. The table cover is machine washable if you use a delicate cycle with cold water. You can hang your tablecloth to dry or use a dryer on low heat.
