Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Customize Your Booth with This Trade Show Display Kit
Design your entire trade show booth with this one kit. This set includes a large pop up backdrop, a retractable banner, a tablecloth, and a tabletop curved pop up. Select which customizable displays you want to create the perfect kit.
The pop ups and tablecloth are knitted polyester. The roll up banner is weather-resistant opaque vinyl. We recreate your artwork using high-quality printing methods for scratch-resistant graphics. Both the pop up straight and curved include sides.
Assembling your whole booth only takes a few minutes and no tools. The pop up hardware connects to its full size and collapses back down to a compact size. All the hardware is easy to store when not in use and takes up little space.

Can I buy these products separately?
Yes, we offer the pop up straight, pop up curved, retractable banner, and custom tablecloth as separate products.
Do I have to use the same graphics on each display?
No, you can customize completely unique graphics for each item.
Are the graphics washable?
Yes, the pop up and retractable banners are machine washable. We recommend a cold, delicate cycle and hanging the print to dry.
