Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Trade Show Display Kit Perfect for Outdoor Events
Promote your business indoors and outdoors with this convenient trade show kit. This set of displays includes a 10x10 tent, a feather flag, and a standard tablecloth. Choose which products you want to include or remove from your kit.
The high-quality tent frame and canopy withstand the elements for repeated use at multiple events. Our premium feather flag is outdoor tested, knitted polyester that’s resistant to tearing. Our fully custom standard tablecloth comes in 6ft and 8ft sizes.
You only need a short amount of time to install the entire kit. The collapsible tent frame extends to its full 10x10 size without tools. The feather flag includes a pole set and base for simple setups. When not in use, everything breaks down to a portable, compact size.

Can I buy these products separately?
Yes, we offer our 10x10 tent, feather flag, and custom tablecloth as separate products with more options.
Do I have to use the same design on all the displays?
No, each display can have its own unique artwork.
Is the tablecloth machine washable?
Yes, you can wash the tablecloth in a washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle. Do not use bleach when cleaning your table cover. Either hang your tablecloth to dry or use a dryer on low heat.
