Vispronet offers table top banners in two different styles: Mini and Tabletop.

The Mini is a tiny version of our Deluxe roll up, with all the same features including a lightweight frame, and the ability to easily replace graphics. This small pop up banner is perfect for showcasing everything from logos and brands, to menus, product descriptions, and more. The Mini tabletop retractable banner is available in two sizes: 9.4in x 13.2in and 13in x 17.7in.

The Tabletop is a smaller version of our Standard roll up. It has similar features to the Standard, including a fold-out foot for extra stability, all-aluminum frame construction, single and double-sided print options, and the ability to easily replace graphics. This model is available in two sizes: 18in x 36in and 18in x 48in.

Prints

Our custom prints are also designed to hold up to year-long use: each of the material options offered for these products are made from either polyester or vinyl depending on which product you select. There are a number of benefits to both materials:

• Both fabrics are heavyweight (greater than 6oz/yd2)
• Available in both opaque and non-opaque options
• Choose between single and double-sided printing

All of our table top banner products allow you to choose from a list of production times when you place an order. For a small fee, upgrade the standard 4 – 6 day production time to next, second or third business day production. Note that production times do not include shipping, but that an expedited production time usually results in a faster shipping time.

Easy to Set Up Tabletop Retractable Banners

All of our tabletop retractable banners are designed for easy set up and teardown.

No matter which of the two options you choose, both of them set up in minutes. The setup involves expanding the small banner from the stand and connecting it to the backing pole.

Teardown is just as quick: pull the backing pole up and away to allow the roll up banner to reel into the base. All of our banners are produced and shipped ready-to-go with your graphic(s) already installed.

Caring for Your Tabletop Banners

As with most of our trade show displays, we recommend cleaning and storing your tabletop retractable banners to ensure they are ready to display at future events. Follow our guidelines below to ensure your custom tabletop retractable banners do not get damaged.

Cleaning

To clean the banner, simply wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. You can use a little bit of soap mixed with the warm water for more stubborn surface dirt. Repeat this process to clean the base. Polyester prints can simply be washed on a delicate cycle in a washing machine and then hang dried or on a low cycle in a dryer.

Storage

To properly store your display, make sure the table top banner and base are completely dried out. Retract the banner into the base to help prevent any possible damage while in storage. Wrap your base inside of the provided bag, or in any kind of soft cloth to avoid any scratches on the base.
