Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Decorate Your Whole Booth with This Kit
Customize all your promotions for your next event with this trade show display kit. Your set includes a retractable banner, a mini retractable banner, and a custom tablecloth. Both the mini roll up and the table cover are optional.
The retractable banners are vinyl and the tablecloth is polyester. Both materials are great for repeated display at several events. We print your artwork using modern digital or dye sublimation printing for stunning, full color graphics.
Save time before and after an event with these easy-to-use displays. The roll up banners retract in and out of the base for effortless assembly. When your banners are not in use, they easily store inside the included carrying case.

Yes, each product has its own artwork template to personalize.
How do I clean my graphics?
Use a damp cloth to clean your vinyl retractable banners. The polyester tablecloth is machine washable on a delicate cycle with cold water. Dry your table cover using low heat.
