Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Custom Mouse Pads for Home and Business Use

These quality mouse pads feature your custom design or images showcased across the entire surface of the pad and are perfect for home use, gifts, trade shows, and more! We print using dye sublimation, an industry-best printing technique that injects the ink directly into the material to create vibrant, full-color graphics that will not scratch, fade, or wash off. The bottom of the mouse pads is made from 1/8in thick rubber to provide cushion for your wrist and to keep the pad in place.

The surface of the pad is made from polyester while the bottom is a 1/8” thick anti-slip rubber material.

Design your own mouse pads online using one of the three methods listed below. All design submissions are checked by our pre-press team for errors. We will email you a free digital proof of your design for your approval before we begin printing your order.
Design Online: Use our online tool to upload artwork and image files directly from your computer. This tool also provides text options, clipart, colors, background designs, and more.
Upload Artwork Template: To use this method, you must download the artwork template, add your artwork using design software, and reupload the completed template to your account, before or after checking out.
Free Design Services: We can help you fix your current artwork or help design a mouse pad for you, for free! Just send our team your current artwork or some design ideas and we will correspond with you until the design is completed.
Tips for Uploading Your Design or Photo
For best results, design your personalized mouse pads using the tips below:
- Avoid using dark, blurry, or grainy images.
- Dots per inch (or DPI) should be around 180-300.
- Accepted file types include JPEG, TIFF, EPS, SVG, AI and PNG.
- Try using photos that were taken in good lighting.
- The photo or design should have little to no pixilation.
- Make sure that you own the rights to the picture.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my custom mouse pads?
These require our standard turnaround time of 3 business days. Expedited production and shipping options are available at checkout. Preview your delivery date by clicking the “Delivery Estimator” button located at the top of the page.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. As an extra benefit to our customers, we do not require a minimum order quantity. Quantity discounts are applied for large orders.
What sizes are offered? Are custom sizes available?
We offer two sizes: Standard 8.7" x 7.1" and X-Large 31.5" x 12". We do not offer custom sizes at this time.
How thick is the bottom rubber material?
The rubber material is 1/8in thick to cushion the wrist, and to prevent the pad from sliding.
Can I add photos to the mouse pad design?
Yes! Because we print using dye sublimation, you can add family and work photos to the template, and they will come out in vivid, full color prints.
How do I clean my mouse pads?
