Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.

- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials

Highly Portable Pull Up Banner For Events and Trade Shows
Custom retractable banners are very popular for advertising because they are lightweight and versatile. The pop up banner comes pre-installed inside the base. The banner display simply pulls up from the base and rolls back down when not in use. A carry bag is included for storing and transporting your banner base.
Keeping the stand up banner rolled down makes it easy for travel and storage. When the banner is inside the base, it will not get ruined. It also makes the display more compact for tight storage spaces. The hardware ranges from 5lbs to 30lbs for hassle-free transportation.
Quickly Assemble Your Retractable Banner with Stand
Setting up your banner is simple and does not require any tools. The banner rolls out from the base and stabilizes with a support pole. The aluminum top of the banner clips onto the support pole. This whole setup can be done by one person.

We print polyester materials using dye sublimation printing and vinyl with UV printing. Both retractable banner printing methods result in stunning, full color graphics resistant to scratching and peeling. Use these banners at many events without your print fading or material getting ruined.
13oz Vinyl – This is our best selling and most economical material option for retractable banners. This 13oz vinyl is versatile and suitable for any event, show, or business.
13oz Opaque Vinyl – This is the premium vinyl material option. This vinyl is 100% opaque and super smooth, showcasing your custom design through vibrant, full-color graphics.
Display Polyester – This is our bestselling fabric material option. This nearly opaque, knitted fabric showcases your custom graphics through vibrant, dye sublimated graphics. Fire-Resistant.
Opaque Polyester – This is our premium fabric material option. This knitted fabric is 100% opaque, showcasing your custom graphics through the highest quality, dye sublimated graphics. Fire-Resistant.
Pop Up Banner Sets Up In 5 Easy Steps
Fully assemble your roll up banner stands in a few easy steps:
- Remove the support pole from the base
- Push the sections of the pole set together
- Insert the bottom of the pole on the base
- Pull up the banner from out of the base
- Connect the top of the banner to the support pole
Do you have double-sided retractable banner stands?
Yes, all our models and sizes have the option for double-sided graphics. This will make your pop up banner more visible from all directions.
How long do these roll up banners last?
With proper care, you can expect your banners to last over 5 years. It’s important to properly store your banner by keeping it rolled down when not in use. Unlike the cheap retractable banners offered by some competitors, our displays are designed to last.
Is a carry bag included?
Yes, each pull up banner comes with a free economy carry bag. Upgrade to a higher quality bag for extra protection.
