All our tension fabric backdrops have high-quality prints for display at multiple events. Most of our banners are display polyester, which is a material perfect for indoor and light outdoor use. The Suspension Banner Stand has either vinyl or polyester banners to choose from.
We print the polyester using a modern dye sublimation technique. Vinyl banners use digital printing. Both processes result in striking colors that will not scratch or peel off. We also use full CMYK color to accommodate colorful, detailed artwork.
All the tension fabric banners are machine washable. Hang your banner dry for long-lasting prints for multiple events. When you are not using your graphics, store them in a safe location. We recommend keeping them in a bag or container in a dry closet or attic.
Because the prints are easy to apply and remove from the hardware, it’s simple to replace graphics. Instead of ordering an entirely new display stand, just place a “Prints Only” order for new artwork. This makes it easy to update your displays for new campaigns and events. Can I buy replaceable prints?
Yes, order new graphics by selecting the “Prints Only” option. This prevents you from having to buy an entirely new display.
Can I machine wash the tension fabric displays?
Yes, our polyester banners are machine washable. We recommend hanging the banners dry for the best results.
Where do you use tension fabric displays?

Is your fabric transparent?
No, our fabric is not transparent. Our display polyester is nearly opaque but not completely. It lets a small amount of light pass through in lighter colors but nothing noticeable, especially indoors.
Is your Tablet Kiosk Stand banner double-sided?
Yes! Unlike most of our competitors, we cover the whole tablet display in your design. This is especially useful at events where the kiosk is visible from all sides.
What material is the hardware?
Most of the hardware for our stretch fabric displays is aluminum with some bases being powder-coated steel. There are multiple benefits of using aluminum, including its lightweight and sturdiness.
Does your fabric trade show displays tear easily?
No. Our knitted polyester should not tear or rip unless punctured by something sharp, such as a knife or scissors.
Do your stretch walls come in only one size?
No, we offer three sizes for each stretch banners, ranging from 8ft up to 20ft.
Is it easy to travel with stretch fabric displays?
Due to the lightweight frames and foldable fabric, weight is not an issue when traveling. Each display frame breaks down or collapses into a small form that is easy to carry around. Each order comes with a carry bag to make travel even easier.
Can I display my banner stands outdoors?
Yes, you can assemble your tension fabric displays outdoors in good weather. We don’t recommend using them outdoors very often or for very long as a slight wind and dirty water/mud could ruin your artwork.
Can I get just the hardware or print?
Yes! Unlike most of our competitors, we have the option of buying just the hardware or a new print. When ordering your product, there’s the option of selecting “Prints Only” or “Hardware Only” for the “Order Type” question.
Can I clean a stain off my banner?
Yes! Remove small marks or stains with a soapy, warm cloth. We recommend not using any harsh chemicals or heavy soaps as these may leave lasting damage to your fabric.
How should I store my fabric pop up display?
Store your tension fabric banner separately from the hardware. Store both in a cool, dry place out of sunlight, such as a closet.
Which file types can I upload for my design?
We accept multiple file types. We advise you to submit a PDF file for both Mac and PCs. We also accept Photoshop® and Illustrator® file types. The remaining acceptable file types include PDF, .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .JPG, and .TIFF.
Does a carry bag come standard for each order?
Yes, each tension fabric display order comes with a complementary carry bag.
Is the frame adjustable to different sizes?
No, the size you order will be the only size the product allows. However, we do offer multiple sizes for our stretch walls.
