Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Circle Hanging Banner for Events and Stores
Hanging circle banners offer an excellent way to attract the attention of visitors at a crowded event or store. The large sign hangs from the ceiling, making it easy to see from far away without occupying any floor space.
The circular banner is 100% customizable, promoting your brand in message in all directions. The polyester material is flame-retardant for safe indoor display. The interior is offered with no fishing, a white fabric finish, or a custom fabric finish.
While these banners may be large, the hardware is lightweight. The fiberglass poles and banner can be assembled in minutes. We offer steel rope hanging sets in multiple sizes so you can hang your size from a ceiling.

How do I design my circle hanging banner?
You can personalize the banner using our design tool or you can download the artwork template and design it using design software. We also offer free design services where we create your artwork for you. You will receive a proof to approve before we print anything.
How do I assemble the banner?
Push the fiberglass poles together to create the large circle shape. The print slides over the frame, making it easy to replace old artwork with new ones.
