Artwork Requirements:
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
When Creating Your Artwork:
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

We offer three unique methods for our customers to provide artwork for their custom printed displays. Each method suits different preferences and proficiencies in graphic design. No matter which method you choose, you will always receive a pre-production proof via email for your approval before we produce your order.
Design Online: Use our online design tool to upload your logos and images to the product template in real-time, without leaving our website. Choose from a collection of fonts, backgrounds, clip arts, and more to truly personalize the template file and bring your ideas to life.
Upload Artwork Template: Configure your product and download the provided template file. Add your artwork to the template using your own graphic design software and re-upload the finished file back onto our website. This option is recommended for those familiar with the web-to-print process.
Free Design Services: Choose this option if you need assistance placing your graphics and logo onto the pop-up display template. One of our professional graphic designers will coordinate with you on your design for no additional charge until you are satisfied.

What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days plus shipping time. Expedited production and shipping options are available at checkout if you need your display by a certain deadline. Preview which options are available to you by using clicking the ‘Estimate Delivery’ button at the top of the page.
Can I order the hardware or graphics individually?
Yes. We offer replacement prints and hardware. Please select the appropriate order type while configuring your product above.
How long will my display last?
Our Magnet Pop-Up Displays are designed to last for years, and repeated tradeshow use with the proper care and maintenance. We recommend storing the display in this compatible cases. This cases is the 9.4ft x 7.3ft Portable Booth Magnet Trolley Additionally, our hard case containers are also compatible.
How do I clean the display?
The flexible PVC print can be wiped down with a damp cloth and/or mild soap without affecting the printed graphics.
