Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Custom Photo T-Shirts Details
Photo t shirts are a popular custom item for a wide range of applications. We craft our shirts from comfortable cotton and print them using direct-to-film (or DTF) for top-of-the-line graphics. Upload photos, logo files, and graphic designs to print on the front, back, or both sides of the shirt. We offer bulk discounts and require no minimum order quantity, allowing you to order as little or as many shirts as you would like - at everyday low prices.
As mentioned above, we print our custom photo t shirts using direct-to-film. This economical printing technique recreates your artwork on a piece of film that transfers to the shirt, creating full-color graphics. Our shirts are Gildan heavy cotton. This comfortable fabric is soft to the touch and perfect for long term wear.
What material are the shirts?
Our t shirts are Gildan heavy cotton shirts. These shirts have a comfortable fit and enhanced durability.
Can I personalize my shirt with artwork or logos, rather than a photo?
Yes, while these are custom photo shirts, you may customize shirts with pictures, graphics, logos, brands, and more.
Can my image or design cover the entire shirt?
No, for this product your photo or design will be centered on the front or back of the shirt, or a combination of both. However, we do offer all over print t-shirts available in youth and adult sizes.
Does it cost extra to add multiple colors?
No, it does not cost extra to add multiple colors to your shirt design. We offer t-shirt photo printing with unlimited colors for no extra cost.
