Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

Lightweight Custom Inflatable Tents Perfect for Outdoor Events
Instead of dragging a heavy tent frame to events, customize a portable inflatable tent that also stands out. These eye-catching tents are great for spring and summer outdoor events. The large arch shape is unique compared to other standard tent displays.
Customize the inflatable canopy tent and walls with your business branding. The canopy is an outdoor 300D polyester fabric, which is water-resistant and scratchproof for durability. We print your artwork using a modern dye sublimation process, which prevents your graphics from fading.
Inflate the tent using either the optional manual pump or electric air pump. These tents don’t need continuous airflow, making them portable. Secure your print to the tent with simple zipper closures.
While your tent is lightweight, it remains secure to the ground with weight bags and stakes. Fill the weights with water or sand and place them at the bottom of each leg. Stakes attach to the canopy with D-rings and insert into the ground for further stability.

How do I inflate the tent?
Add either a manual air pump or an electric air pump to your order. You do not need continuous airflow like other models.
How do I customize my inflatable canopy?
We have three ways to upload your design. Either use our design tool, download the artwork template, or have us create it for you for free. You will receive an artwork proof to look over before we print your canopy.
Can I use custom inflatable tents outdoors?
Yes, while the tent is lightweight, the material and print withstand outdoor elements.
