Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, we offer all our custom decals in custom sizing and stock sizing. The set sizes we have listed in our “Size” dropdown are common sizes ordered. For our vinyl window decals, our custom sizing can be from 2-600 inches in width to 2-46 inches in height for the landscape option and vice versa for the portrait orientation.

Do you offer custom shapes?

Yes, we offer custom shapes. To complete an order for custom vinyl shapes, we ask that you currently please contact customer service. We will offer custom shapes online soon, but for now we advise customers to work with our industry-best customer service.

Will custom window decals work on other surfaces?

We would not recommend using any other surface as they are made for glass surfaces, but it should adhere to any smooth surface.

Am I able to reposition my vinyl window decals?

Yes, depending on which option you choose. If you choose the high adhesive, we don’t recommend removing it often, as it is supposed to be permanent. You can remove the temporary, if needed.

If the removable adhesive is kept on a surface for longer than six months, it will become permanent. That is why it is recommended for short term applications.

Are the window decals for outdoor use?

We do not recommend using these window decals outdoors if they are able to be hit by rainwater or snow due to the possible loss of suction. They are appropriate for outdoor use in nice weather conditions.

What is the difference between a custom window decal and a window cling?

Two major differences between the two products include:

• Window decals contain an adhesive, making for a stronger and longer lasting finished product. They are not as easy to reposition and are not meant to be moved often.
• Window clings do not contain adhesive and stick to non-porous surfaces using a static charge. Because of this, window clings are meant to be temporary, and are meant to be moved often.

How do I design my decal?

Vinyl window decals can be designed using our artwork template. If you go to the “Design/Upload” tab on the configurator, we include a downloadable product template. This PDF is automatically sized to match the set or custom size and orientation you select.

When you download this template, you can create your own custom design using your computer’s design software. When you are finished, all you must do is click the “Upload Template” button. Our graphics department will then look over your template and send you a free design proof via email for your vinyl window decals.

How do I apply my decal to a window?

Placing custom window decals on a window is very easy:

1. Clean the window with soap and water to remove any dust or debris
2. Spray the window with application fluid or a combination of soap and water
3. Slowly peel the back film from the decal so that the sticky side is exposed
4. Line up your decal on the window and stick the sticky side on the glass
5. Smooth the decal out using a squeegee
6. Use a towel to wipe away any dripping liquid
