Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Carry Bags for Smaller Event Tents
Take your tent frame on the go with these high-quality tent bags. These lightweight bags fit 5x5-10x10 tent frames. Wheels are at the bottom to conveniently move your frame around without any hassle.
The frame hardware easily stores inside these bags to protect it from the elements. Our polyester bags close with zippers. Some bags also have snap closures or hook-and-loop closures for further security.
These small carry bags are a must-have when traveling to different events. There are handles and wheels to make your tent frame extra mobile. When not in use, these bags also keep your tent safe from debris during storage.
When will I get my tent bag?
These bags will ship the day you order them if it’s before 1 p.m. ET. If you place your order after the deadline, it will ship the next business day.
What is the difference between the tent bag styles?
These bags vary in quality and price. We have more economical carry bags that aren’t as durable but fit a wider range of tent sizes. There’s also a heavy-duty bag that’s more expensive and fits just 10x10 tent frames.
What tents can I use these with?
The two standard options fit 5x5-10x10 tent frame sizes. The more durable bag with red piping fits just 10x10 tent frames.
